Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Quémono Atelier SL is RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 , of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the treatment are:

For what reason can we process your personal data?

  • For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: carry out market studies, statistical analysis, etc. and process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the end of the treatment or there are legal requirements that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for it, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.

Who do we provide your personal data to?

2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for communicating any changes to said data.

The RESPONSIBLE informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, since they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the treatment of personal data of its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in the article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.

Privacy of CUSTOMER data when creating a baptism, wedding, or communion invitation

Quémono Atelier SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

The information of the client and the minor(s) under their care will be processed with the express consent of the client.

To create the invitation, the client may voluntarily attach videos and/or photographs of the minor for the purpose of personalizing it. Before sending the image, they must accept the essential requirement of being the mother, father, or legal guardian of the minor. If the client is a parent, they must have parental authority and/or have informed the other party that they will share the image and other personal data of the minor for the purpose described.

Quémono Atelier SL is not responsible for any disagreements between the parties or for the client's accuracy in having checked the corresponding acceptance box.

The data provided in the creation of the invitation will not be shared with third parties except for the development and execution of the processing purposes. It will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal requirements dictate its safekeeping. When no longer necessary for this purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or its complete destruction.

The USER's rights are: the right to withdraw consent at any time; the right to access, rectify, transfer, and erase their data, and the right to restrict or oppose its processing; and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations. Processing of your data as a USER in baptism, wedding or communion invitations

Regarding electronic communications received by the USER regarding an event to which they have been invited, we inform you that Quémono Atelier SL is providing a service for the event organizer in the fulfillment of a request.

Quémono Atelier SL is not responsible for the untruthfulness or inaccuracy of the data that the USER enters in the form for the purpose of confirming their attendance.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except for the development and execution of the processing purposes, in which case it will be the organizer of the event to which you have been invited.

Your data will be pseudonymized and retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal requirements dictate its safekeeping. When no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.

The USER is solely responsible for the accuracy and ownership of the identifying information or any category that he or she voluntarily enters in the event confirmation.
