Not at all happy. I paid for it to be delivered in two weeks, and two weeks is how long it takes to deliver, then shipping. When I saw it wasn't arriving, I contacted them, and they told me it would take 5-6 business days. I was traveling and celebrating the baptism 9000 km from Spain, and if it took that long, I wouldn't have a suit for my son. Then they told me no, that it was for the islands, that it would take 2-3 days, and that it should have arrived by now. A super-friendly girl called me saying she was going to solve the delivery problem for me, but that I should have told them I was going abroad, etc. I told her to check my WhatsApp and the web chat, which I told them up to three times. I also told them I would order it shortly before I left since my baby is very tall and I didn't want it to be too small before the baptism, because it would take two weeks from the time I left until the baptism. She told me she'd call me and said she'd be on call all day but would solve it for me. He never called again, no one contacted me again. I managed to pick up the suit 3 hours later, after doing everything I could to locate it.
Oh! He also told me it was the post office's fault, as they're working worse every day than if he'd known it was urgent, he'd send it via Nacex. That's when I told him I'd specified dates and so on. They charge you shipping costs to send it by post and then they ignore it.
The Hansel romper is lovely, but they don't specify that it's completely see-through, so if you don't put it under a white onesie, the diaper prints can be seen. In the middle of August, carrying the baby in a onesie and a suit is incredibly hot. Very, very disappointed.
Great! I used it for my 8-month-old daughter on my wedding day. It's unisex, breathable, and very soft.
The frog is beautiful and the help in choosing it and getting the size right was a 10. 😊
