Communion sailor jacket made of linen with contrasting trim on the sailor collar.
 
It opens at the left shoulder with buttons and hooks.  The sides are open a few centimeters at the hips to adapt more easily to different bodies.

The boys in the photos are wearing the sailor jacket: the first in white with blue trim, the second in navy blue with tan trim, the third in white with tan trim, the fourth in gray with white trim, and the last in blue with white trim.
